A Trip To Ganeshpuri

Ganeshpuri is located 80 KM away from Mumbai. You can get the details of all at this link: This is a shrine of Sri Nityanand Baba Ji - Who is lovingly called (Bade Baba). His deciple Sri Mukhtanand Baba ji (Baba ji) was the guru and now currently sri Chidvilasananda (Gurumayi) is the Guru of that Ashram. It was a very planned trip. My family, that consists of my wife, and my daughter :) my mother, my brother and bhabhi we all planned a trip to Ganeshpuri. It was a fabulous trip. We reached the Ganeshpuri Ashram at 1:00 PM, after travelling for around 4 hours from our place. We had gone in our car, and that was a very comfortable drive indeed. My Brother was driving the car. We were all enjoying the nature and singing songs and bhajans till we reach the destination. We are not allowed to enter the ashram, only the people who regularly visit and are the members are only allowed.

Outside the Ashram there is a big temple, where all the Arti's and other program are held. So we atteneded the Afternoon arti and then we proceded to see the Nityanand temple, that was situated few meters ahead. There we attended a havan that went for 1/2 hour . Later we went to have some food and bought some photographs and the malas and books from the shops outside. We went back to the new temple where we had halted first,a nd there we attended the evening Arti , go a delicious prasad and then we headed towards our home. It was a very blissful experience. The great saints shower their blessings in their own way. We only need to keep good and positive thoughts in our minds.
