Relations

All the persons in this world share some or the other relation with another human being. Even the persons who haven't met eachother before. They share a relation of a stranger. Isin't it?
Two people can be friends, hasband-wife, mother-father, and many other relations, and each one of these relations are very subtle and need to be handled with utmost care. A father-son relation is on a different level and a father-daughter relation is on the other level. Similarly is between the mother-son and mother-daughter relation. It is obvious that each person has many different relations with different people in this world. You are a boss for someone, and you are subordinate to some one. You are a father to some one, and a son to someone. Your behaviour while you speak to different people change , based on your role and ofcouse on the situation you are in. You speak to your juniors differently and your seniors differently. Your expectations with each one of them also changes. You expect something a junior should do, and they expect some thing being a senior you should do. And here comes the major conflict - when you do not get what you expect from each other, you become away and start acting and behaving like a stranger. This is a clear observation in my life.
Many poeple being too close , live like strangers and many people, being an outsider, can become more closer than the persons with whom we stay. The only differece in this is, what we have in our minds for others. If we have bad thoughts for the persons who are close to us, they will finally become strangers, and if we have good thoughts for them, then we can really make our relations with them grow stronger and tighter.
